The wonder of video

There are so many potential uses for video in our library. It's so much easier to have someone explain concepts and procedures in person than to read the material where it is much more open to misinterpretation. I'd love to see some of our procedures information for staff, especially IT-related material in video so you could just look it up and have it explained again as many times as you needed and whenever you needed.

I also like the idea of having video for customers to explain what is available and how to access it. Perhaps this could also be used to provide information in other languages.

The number, and variety of videos on YouTube is incredible. I really liked this one. It was loaded by billyboyno1 on YouTube.
